If you are a homeowner or not what has happened in the Real Estate Market since 2006 has affected you in one way or the other. If you own a home you may have seen it's value drop and your Equity disappear. It is like having a Stock portfolio that was hit hard at the end of 2008 and well into 2009. It may have lost as much as 40% in value during that bumpy ride. If you look on it now much of that market has rebounded. Home values will do the same. The sellers are mortgage companies. banks and owners in distress as well as the person who just wants to move for one reason or another. I can't believe I haven't visited my own blog since August. We are now under a whole new paradigm in 2010 in the Mortgage industry. I for one think it may be a good thing once we get through all the Congressional red tape. Finally I can see a whole lot of mediocre Mortgage Loan Originators and Brokers and Lender will go by the wayside. My hope is that the cream of the crop will remain. Thus benefiting the Public. Some of these new rules and regs must go. Like everything Government does it over reaches and never seems to solve the original problem.

My Plan to fix America

No Government can spend more than they Tax. Spend less. Stop giving away money to people who don’t earn or try to earn. There are millions of people drawing welfare, Medicare and Medicaid who are in perfect health but have been taught how to beat the system. Stop paying money to other nations. Make Europe take care of their own defense. Let Japan off its leash. They have proved a worth ally since WW2. Isolate America until we are fixed. Use Mexican Labor instead of Chinese labor. Re write NAFTA so it taps into each nation resources equally. If there are Jobs in Mexico then we will go there rather than they come here. Use the Military that we bring home from Europe to kill the Drug Cartel’s once and for all. Legalize the use of Drugs and tax them in the states that agree. Put the complete control of Schools back to the States. Dis band the Dept of Education. Fire Napolitano from HLS and dis band it all together. Let the CIA do its Job. Let the FBI do its Job and have one super secret spy force that has above the constitution freedom to protect out nation implementing Assassination, and torture when needed. (Or hire the Mussed). Have a sales tax of 10% on everything. A state tax of 3% a City tax of 1.5% and no other taxes. Get rid of all Lobbyist and all but two aids per congressmen and Senators. Lower the pay to 100k per year for Congress and 175k per year for the Senate. RE-establish the States national Guard to be strong enough to defend their borders and our borders. (this may already be in affect)/ Bring it all home. Let Churches take care of the needs of the poor not the Government.
